As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for picking customer orders from our inventory and packing them securely for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a focus on efficiency, and the ability to meet daily targets. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Salary Range:  $27 - $30 hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Retrieve products from inventory based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Packing: Safely pack products into boxes, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to ensure they are free from defects, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Shipping Preparation: Label packages correctly with shipping details, ensuring the correct address and order information is on each package.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and help organize stock on the warehouse shelves, maintaining a clean and efficient environment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating warehouse equipment and handling products.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Time Management: Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners is a plus.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
