Salary Range:  $27 - $30 hour

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and technical support. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
