Salary Range:  $27 - $29 hour

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Care Representative to become part of our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service within the security industry.

Starting pay is $27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Offer timely, accurate, and comprehensive information on security alarm services, products, and account-related inquiries.
  • Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with their security systems.
  • Schedule appointments for system installations, maintenance, and service requests.
  • Educate customers on alarm system features, safety guidelines, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any unresolved concerns.
  • Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support quality control and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and other related software.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations and handle challenging issues professionally.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent service.
