As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for selecting products from the warehouse and packing them for shipment to customers. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to meet production targets in a safe and organized manner.

Salary Range:  $27 - $30 hour

Key Responsibilities:

    Order Picking: Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements from shelves or inventory.

    Packing: Properly pack items into boxes, ensuring they are secure and ready for shipment.

    Inventory Control: Assist in tracking inventory levels and report low stock to the warehouse supervisor.

    Quality Control: Inspect products for any damages or defects before packing, ensuring only quality items are sent out.

    Labeling: Apply shipping labels to packages accurately, ensuring the correct items go to the correct destinations.

    Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipment according to carrier requirements and ensure timely delivery.

    Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus, but not required.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

    Strong communication skills.
