Competitive hourly wage of $25 - $30 per hour

As a Picker/Packer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately picking items from inventory based on order requests
• Packing products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit
• Labeling packages and preparing them for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Conducting regular inventory checks and assisting with restocking as needed
• Meeting daily productivity and quality goals
• Following safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
