Your Role from a day-to-day Perspective

As an Entry-Level Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking end-of-life financial protection. Your primary focus will be building trust and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with daily pre-qualified leads and occasionally reaching out to new prospects to expand your pipeline.
  • Establishing rapport with potential clients and explaining the risks of being uninsured.
  • Presenting customized insurance plans to help families secure end-of-life coverage.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients via phone or Zoom.
  • Confidence in making occasional cold calls to maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
  • No prior sales experience required—entry-level candidates are welcome to apply! Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work full-time (40+ hours per week), including evenings and Saturdays, to meet client availability.
  • A commitment to completing training programs, including mastering scripts and applying them effectively.
  • A self-motivated attitude to excel in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
