The Role day-to-day

As an Entry-Level Sales Rep, you’ll play a vital role in helping families secure the financial protection and final expense coverage they need. Your responsibilities include:

  • Reaching out to daily pre-qualified leads and occasionally conducting cold outreach to expand your network.
  • Building trust with clients and educating them on the importance of end-of-life coverage.
  • Customizing and presenting insurance solutions that provide families with peace of mind.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients over the phone or via Zoom.
  • A willingness to make occasional cold contacts to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • No previous sales experience required—entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply! Prior sales experience is a bonus.
  • Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week), with flexibility to accommodate evening and Saturday client schedules.
  • A commitment to completing training programs, including memorizing and effectively delivering scripts.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
