About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for families seeking Final Expense Coverage. Your role is to establish trust, educate clients on the importance of coverage, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with pre-qualified leads daily and occasionally conducting cold outreach to grow your network.
  • Building relationships with clients while educating them about the risks of being uninsured.
  • Recommending personalized insurance plans to help families secure peace of mind.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently connect with clients over the phone or via Zoom.
  • A willingness to initiate cold contacts when necessary to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • No prior sales experience required—entry-level candidates are welcome to apply! Prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week), with flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays to meet client schedules.
  • Commitment to completing training programs, including learning scripts and applying them effectively.
