About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Consultant at One More Financial, you’ll play a key role in helping families secure peace of mind with final expense solutions. You’ll act as the initial point of contact for clients, building trust and offering personalized insurance options. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with daily qualified sales leads and occasionally conducting cold outreach to expand your pipeline.
  • Building strong connections with potential clients while educating them about the risks of being uninsured.
  • Recommending tailored life insurance solutions to help families plan for end-of-life expenses.


What We’re Looking For

  • Confident and clear communicators who can connect with clients over the phone or via Zoom.
  • Willingness to make cold contacts when necessary to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • No prior sales experience required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Sales experience is a bonus.
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week), with flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays based on client needs.
  • Ability to complete sales training, including mastering scripts and applying them effectively.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
