About the Role

As a Entry-level Sales Consultant at One More Financial, you’ll be the first face that our clients see. Your role involves building strong rapport with families, instilling trust in the company and product, and providing final expense solutions that offer peace of mind. Your responsibilities could include:

  • Meeting with daily qualified sales leads and occasionally conducting cold outreach to build your pipeline.
  • Building trust and rapport with customers and teaching them the liabilities of being uninsured in case of tragedy.
  • Presenting customized life insurance solutions to help families enroll in end-of-life coverage.


What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator who is confident speaking with potential clients via phone and Zoom.
  • The willingness to make cold contact when needed in order to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Previous sales experience is NOT required—entry-level candidates are welcome! Sales experience is a plus.
  • A full-time availability (40+ hours per week), which could include evenings and Saturday work to accommodate client needs.
  • Ability to complete sales training, including memorizing scripts and applying them effectively.
  • A self-motivated attitude to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
