Your Daily Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining executives' schedules, including meetings, travel, and events.
  • Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Preparing documents, reports, and presentations, and managing files and records efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting in planning and executing company projects, maintaining timelines, and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Meeting Preparation: Coordinating agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Office Management: Supporting operational needs such as supply management, vendor coordination, and event planning.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Organizational Prowess: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
