As a key player in our marketing team, the Retail Marketing Representative will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing plans that endorse our products and increase market share. This role involves working closely with sales and other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to our market strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement strategic marketing plans to extend product reach and fulfill the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns that align with market and sales dynamics.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to ensure competitive readiness.
- Participate in product development and support the sales staff with expert knowledge of product offerings.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and professionally managed.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to represent the company and network with relevant industry professionals.
- Regularly report to upper management about sales and marketing efforts, including successes, failures, and possible areas of improvement.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that marketing strategies align with customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Representative, preferably in the retail sector.
