- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Follow company policies and guidelines pertaining to sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to management.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in sales or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store’s needs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and handle products or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
