We are seeking experienced door-to-door professionals to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in door-to-door sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset. As a key part of our team, you will directly contribute to generating business opportunities and building strong relationships within our service areas.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Use door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients in need of roofing services.

  • Leverage your experience to schedule complimentary inspections and consultations effectively.

  • Engage in proactive outreach, leveraging networking, cold calls, and referrals to generate business opportunities.

Consultative Selling:

  • Understand the unique needs of each client to recommend tailored roofing solutions.

  • Present the benefits of roofing upgrades, including financing options and long-term savings.

  • Follow the SIMPLE Sales Process provided by Cornerstone Construction.

Project Coordination:

  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to project completion.

  • Collaborate with the Production Team to provide outstanding customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.

Community Engagement & Networking:

  • Actively participate in local events to promote Cornerstone Construction and expand community connections.

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as real estate agents and insurance professionals.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of door-to-door activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

  • Monitor your performance and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in roofing, solar, or related industries.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Must be coachable and a team player.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.

  • Willingness to travel within service areas (SC, GA, NC) for door-to-door canvassing and client meetings.

  • Physical capability to walk for extended periods and engage with homeowners face-to-face.

  • Passion for helping customers find solutions that improve their homes.
