Responsibilities:
Develop Data-Driven Strategies: Design marketing campaigns rooted in analytics and performance metrics.
Manage Providers: Manage relationships with multiple vendors such as our ads agency, Google My Business Optimization Team, Angi, Thumbtack, Facebook, Call Center and so on.
Analyze Campaign Success: Monitor KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) to refine efforts and achieve marketing objectives.
Optimize Budget Allocation: Use data insights to maximize ROI across digital and traditional platforms.
Implement Advanced Analytics: Leverage tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) for detailed audience and campaign analysis.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales and operations to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
Track Customer Behavior: Use CRM and data tools to analyze lifecycle trends and improve engagement.
Lead A/B Testing: Test messaging, visuals, and channels to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in data-centric roles.
Expertise in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI).
Strong ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
