This position is based in our lively retail kiosk setting, providing pivotal sales support directly to our esteemed customers. Unlike many modern roles, this is not a remote job. We offer a hands-on experience in a bustling environment filled with daily challenges and opportunities.
In this role, you will be a driving force behind our direct sales efforts for AT&T's diverse range of products and services, including wireless/cellular/mobile phones, service plans, television, and internet services. We are looking for a result-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present, promote, and sell AT&T products and services including mobile phones, service plans, television, and internet.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs effectively.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments of the company.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the telecommunications sector.
- Continuously improve through feedback and structured training.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Ensure the sales area is neat, clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields.
