Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Check voicemail and emails throughout the day.
- Insurance eligibility verification breakdowns.
- Gather new patient paperwork and medical history update.
- Follow up with potential new patients.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Take initiative and demonstrate reliability.
- Ensure punctuality and attention to detail.
- Working collectively as a team to provide the best quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and proactive
- Exceptional customer skills and impeccable personal appearance
- Basic dental terminology and dental code knowledge is preferred.
- Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required.
