One Source Dental Management is excited to announce a new opening for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. Located in the heart of Tampa, our practice provides a comprehensive array of dental services. We specialize in high-quality cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on implants and full mouth restorations. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a dentist who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic, state-of-the-art setting. 

This role comes with a daily guarantee of $700 or a percentage of collections.  We pride ourselves on our highly skilled support team and in-house, full-service laboratory that enhances the efficiency and quality of care provided to our patients. Being a bilingual English/Spanish speaker is considered a plus, as it can greatly benefit communication with a diverse patient base.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient exams and develop patient treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality restorative and cosmetic dental care.
  • Place dental implants and perform other surgical procedures as needed.
  • Manage dental emergencies effectively.
  • Uphold the highest standards in patient care
  • Utilize modern dental technology effectively in various treatments.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to ensure understanding of dental procedures and practices.
  • Continue to pursue professional development and stay updated with advancements in dental practices and technology.

Requirements

  • D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited school of dentistry.
  • Valid Florida dental license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in implant placement required.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate modern digital dental tools and equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail with the dedication to provide high-quality dental care.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows efficiently.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
