In this role you will play a critical role in developing, managing and nurturing relationships between our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their current communication and technology needs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to business clients.
- Provide prospective clients with detailed information on the benefits, pricing, and available options for AT&T’s business solutions.
- Customize your pitch based on the specific needs and challenges of the customer's business.
- Participate in regular sales team meetings to share updates, best practices, and feedback from prospects to enhance sales strategies.
- Address and resolve any objections from hesitant prospects by offering incentives or negotiating terms when necessary.
- Follow up with customers post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction and resolve any initial issues or concerns they may have.
- Regularly evaluate your personal sales performance against targets and collaborate with mentors or supervisors to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, especially direct marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in branding, marketing, and client services.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing industry.
