TSG is looking for motivated individuals to assist with scheduling appointments for our carpet cleaning technicians. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers with every cleaning service we provide. Our goal is to help customers maintain a nice clean home and protect their valuable investments.

Basic Responsibilities: 

• Schedule appointments for care cleaning services with our customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Coordinate with our carpet cleaning technicians to ensure timely services.
• Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or changes.
• Support the overall customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service.

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable overcoming customer objections.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
