As a Customer Service Associate at TSG, you will play a crucial role in fostering our company's relationships with clients by providing professional support and outstanding customer service. Your efforts will directly influence client satisfaction and loyalty, thereby driving our corporate success. We seek motivated individuals to fill this role, who are prepared to interact daily with clients and uphold our company values.
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Answer any questions that our customers have for their current equipment
- Market our product to our consumers
- Write up product orders
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure a proper standard of customer service and after-sales support.
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Document necessary customer feedback and refer issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, pressured environment, maintaining calm and composed behavior in high-stakes situations.
- Detail-oriented and highly observant to ensure the accuracy of the operations.
- Commitment to ongoing training and learning to enhance job performance.
- Flexibility with work hours and open to shift adjustments as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
