Basic Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for care cleaning services with our customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Coordinate with our carpet cleaning technicians to ensure timely services.
- Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or changes.
- Support the overall customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfortable overcoming customer objections.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
