Job Description:   

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking passionate and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) with a specialization in cardiovascular care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in managing cardiovascular health in a post-acute care environment, working closely with board-certified cardiologists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. We offer two tiers of opportunities: experienced ARNPs and those eager to develop expertise through training in our structured program, which sets us apart by focusing on professional growth and advanced education in post-acute care.  

**Responsibilities:** 

- Deliver high-quality cardiovascular care to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. 

- Perform advanced cardiovascular assessments, diagnostic testing (including point-of-care ultrasound and echocardiogram), and develop individualized care plans. 

- Collaborate closely with board-certified cardiologists via a combination of telemedicine and live rounds to ensure evidence-based care. 

- Provide education to SNF staff and lead institutional initiatives to enhance cardiovascular care delivery. 

- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and submitted within 24 hours of patient encounters. 

- Participate in ongoing cardiovascular education and training programs to maintain and enhance clinical expertise. 

- Lead and implement institutional programs aimed at reducing hospital readmissions and improving patient outcomes. 

- Supervise and mentor junior staff and other healthcare providers as needed. 

 **Qualifications (Tier 1: Experienced):**

- Education: Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Nursing Active

=ARNP license in Florida license and Board; BLS/ACLS Certification required; DEA number preferred. 

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine or a related field. 

- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools such as POCUS and ECHO. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

 - Dedication to continuous learning and delivering evidence-based care.  

**Qualifications (Tier 2: Entry-Level):** -

 Active ARNP license in applicable state(s). 

- Strong interest in cardiovascular medicine and a commitment to completing our structured training program. 

- Eagerness to learn advanced diagnostic tools and patient care strategies. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

 **Compensation:** 

- Competitive pay commensurate with experience and tier level. Independent contractor model based on clinical productivity.
