Account Associate Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with the team to outline the goals of the day in regards to product promotions, marketing strategy, and sales pipelines

• Communicate directly and effectively with consumers according to client compliance guidelines and standards

• Advise consumers on the best products and services that meet their household needs, assist them in the approval and enrollment process, and work together to achieve the best customer experience possible

• Regularly assess and report individual progress, consumer feedback, and overall sales outcomes to inform team strategies and drive results 

• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere strictly to all company and client compliance protocols to maintain trust and integrity

Account Associate Requirements:

• Preferred: 1-4 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, client relationship

• Strong ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, adapt communication styles to diverse audiences, and maintain professionalism under pressure

• A natural inclination to embrace challenges, continuously learn, and remain motivated by ambitious goals.

• A results-driven attitude, with the commitment to go above and beyond in delivering success for both the team and the clients.
