Salary Range:  $800.00 - $1300.00 week

To streamline our client’s needs we are prevailing back to basics with interfacing roles. Our team is currently looking to hire a Customer Support Representative who will serve a pivotal role in our company.  


We pride ourselves on being a results-driven team. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative whose focus will be to assist our clients in their future endeavors and forward movement. The Customer Support Representative will help to facilitate our clients with our customers. They will be the first point of contact and will provide our clients with the results they deserve. The Customer Support Representative will establish long-term relationships with our customers, connecting them with services they can feel secure with.


Essential Customer Support Representative Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and maintain strong successful relationships with current and new potential customers 

  • Broaden knowledge of our top-tier clients' products and services offered to be able to assist with the best possible solution and attain customer satisfaction

  • Expand the network by connecting with leading managers in the company and attending weekly training sessions to increase business knowledge 

  • Work together as a Customer Support team to increase the client base and target market

  • Manage customer and client portfolios by creating reports to guarantee that work is achieved and on track to exceed star standards and expectations 


Qualities and Skills We Are Looking For In Our Next Customer Support Representative:

  • Confident interpersonal skills to be able to create a positive cultural environment  

  • Ability to be an empathic listener ensuring the customer's experience with the company

Education/Experience Necessary for this position

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working with customers and/or demonstrated background in representing a brand 

  • Reliable transportation and full-time availability
