Compensation

We are offering a competitive package including:

• Base salary $350,000 
• Production based bonuses
• CE stipends, malpractice
• insurance coverage
• 10 days PTO

At West Texas Pediatric Dentistry (WTPD), we strive to provide “beyond dentistry” care to our patients. We can proudly say WTPD carved a niche in the community as an exclusive pediatric dental practice amidst heavy competition, in the past 5 years. Commonly referred to as Dr Ana (Dr Archana Gutta) in the community, I’m the owner and Pediatric Dentist at West Texas Pediatric Dentistry. We’re a passionate team in Midland, Texas serving the greater Permian Basin/West Texas area and are excited to share an opportunity we have for the right Pediatric Dentist to join our team. Midland is a conservative, family oriented community whose economy is predominantly dependent on oil and gas! We have a vast draw area and attract a lot of referrals from local, regional and also out of state providers. Our diverse team of providers are supported by a tight-knit team focused on ensuring that we collaborate to provide quality care. Our motto, “KILL WITH KINDNESS????”, immensely helped us in getting us to the level where we currently stand!
