Salary Range:  $30000 - $40000 year

    • Duties & Responsibilities:
      • Build, manage and maintain information & communications systems, network equipment, infrastructure, and servers
      • Input coding, billing & accounting, analyze business data, organize files and maintain records
      • Transcribe information from recordings, phone conversations or paper documents
      • Upgrade, and install hardware and software
      • Back up data and manage network security
      • Provide essential and prompt service to troubleshoot, fix network failures and other issues
      • Collaborating to maintain Office 365, Adobe, Apple iOS, macOS and antivirus systems
      • Maintaining HIPAA and security of all systems in the office
      • Ensuring compliance for security and privacy of PHI
      • Website, logo design and maintenance
      • Reputation Management 
    • Requirements:
      • Degree in computer science, data analysis, information technology or similar
      • Experience preferred but not required
      • Knowledge of operating systems, web development
      • Communication, leadership, and organization skills
      • Taking initiative, prompt action, attention to detail and problem solving skills
