Sterling Care, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, is currently seeking compassionate caregivers/companions who enjoy the fulfillment of one-on-one care with adults. Sterling Care provides an innovative approach that allows us to focus on what matters most to our clients.

Location: Lower Fairfield County, Connecticut

Pay:221 per day

Postion: CNA/HHA/ PCA/ Companion/ Caregiver

Job Qualification:

•    CNA/ HHA/ PCA License and or Training Certification with 1+ year full- time equivalent experience as a CNA/ HHA or PCA required.

•    Companion with 3+ years of full-time equivalent experience as a companion required.

Responsibilities may include:

•    Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, assisting with meals and transfers.

•    Provide companionship and socialization.

•    Provide medication reminders.

•    Light housekeeping services, including laundry.

•    Accompany clients to appointments and activities.

•    Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

•    You must be able to lift/transfer clients of 125-195 lbs.

•    Must be at least 18+ years of age.

•    Must be legally authorized to work within the United States

•    Reliable transportation to work is required

•    Alzheimer's/Dementia experience a plus

•    Driver’s License Preferred
