Compassionate Caregivers Wanted – Live-In Shifts with Sterling Care

Position: CNA/HHA/PCA/Companion/Caregiver

Location: Lower Fairfield County, Connecticut

Pay: $221 per day

What You’ll Do:

•    Assist with Daily Living: Help with grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.

•    Provide Nourishment: Support meal prep and feeding assistance.

•    Be a Companion: Offer meaningful companionship and promote emotional well-being.

•    Keep Clients Safe: Provide medication reminders and monitor prescribed care routines.

•    Create a Clean Space: Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

•    Go the Extra Mile: Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.

What We’re Looking For:

•    Experience:

• CNA, HHA, PCA Certificate with 1+ year of full-time equivalent experience.
• Homemaker/Companion with 3+ years of full-time equivalent experience.

•    Skills & Strength:

• Ability to safely lift and transfer clients (125-195 lbs.).
• Alzheimer’s or Dementia care experience is a plus!

•    Requirements:

• 18+ years old.
•  Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
•  Reliable transportation: driver’s license preferred
