Homemaker/Companions CNA, HHA, PCA - ALL SHIFTS - Per Diem 

Locations: Stamford, CT/ Greenwich, CT/ Fairfield County, CT

Sterling Care is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for older adults in Stamford,

 Greenwich, and throughout Fairfield County, CT. We are seeking both certified and non-certified professionals to join our team and make a real

 difference in the lives of our clients.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience, client needs, and shift times. 

Available Positions:

• Hourly Caregivers: CNA/HHA/PCA: At least 1+year full time equivalent expierence as a CNA/HHA/PCA required. 

• Companion Caregivers (non-certified): At least 3 +years of full-time caregiving expierence as required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, assisting with meals and transfers.

• Provide companionship and socialization.

• Provide medication reminders.

• Perform Light housekeeping services, including laundry.

• Accompany clients to appointments and activities.

• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and transfer clients weighing 125-195 lbs.

• Must be at least 18+ years of age.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work. 

• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience a plus

• Must be legally authorized to work within the US.
