Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the service area to ensure a professional work environment.
• Washing and parking cars before and after service appointments.
• Shuttling customers to and from their destinations within the local area while their vehicles are being serviced.
• Picking up and delivering parts and supplies to and from local vendors as required for daily operations.
• Assisting service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement for efficient workflow.
• Conducting routine checks and maintenance of the parking lot to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Supporting administrative tasks related to vehicle processing throughout the service experience.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with courtesy and respect.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and service protocols.
• Adapting to various tasks as needed in response to shifting priorities throughout the workday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a range of vehicles safely and competently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and vehicle layout preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Prior experience in a customer service or automotive service role is advantageous but not required.
