Data and Reporting Analyst

Position Summary:

Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation is looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst professional to support data integration for grants. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating social services data and program needs into the software, ensuring the integrity of the data, and assisting with reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection of data via Vela software

  • Ensure data is correctly inputted by social services staff members

  • Collect weekly data reports

  • Perform monthly data uploads

  • Assist with running quarterly and city reports as needed for grants and management purposes

  • Provide overall group or individual Vela and additional IT training for social services staff when needed

  • Notify staff and the agency of new changes and provide training as needed

  • Attend trainings and conferences related to data management

  • Coordinate and communicate with key internal staff

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Experience in different Social Services software programs

  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines

  • Experience working both independently and in team environments
