• Verifying insurance coverage, addressing billing inquiries, and collecting payments.
• Supporting clinical and administrative teams by maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous dental office experience (required).
• Proficiency with Open Dental or similar dental management software (preferred).
