Position Summary

The Lounge Busser is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming lounge environment. This role focuses heavily on the cleaning and sanitization of cannabis accessories such as dab rigs, bongs, and pipes while also clearing and resetting tables, ensuring cleanliness throughout the lounge, and restocking supplies. Bussers work closely with the team to provide a seamless guest experience while upholding the highest hygiene standards for cannabis consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Cannabis Accessory Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare cannabis accessories such as dab rigs, bongs, and pipes after each use.
  • Ensure all cannabis devices are properly staged and ready for guest use.
  • Work with sanitation staff to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all devices and accessories.

• Table Maintenance:

  • Clear, sanitize, and reset tables and consumption areas promptly during and after service periods.
  • Restock smoking accessories, including rolling papers, lighters, and utensils, as needed.
  • Ensure tables are equipped with clean, polished glassware and other necessary items.

• Lounge Cleanliness:

  • Promptly clean up spills and maintain a tidy lounge environment.
  • Empty and sanitize ashtrays and dispose of cannabis waste in compliance with all company policies and state regulations.
  • Stock and organize side stations with PPE, tableware, and other essentials.

• Guest Support:

  • Provide water proactively to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist servers as needed with guest service tasks, including delivering additional items or resetting tables.

• Compliance & Safety:

  • Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations, ensuring proper handling and disposal of cannabis waste.
  • Monitor guest consumption levels in collaboration with the team to prevent overconsumption.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate dishwashing equipment.

• Other Duties:

  • Notify management of damages, shortages, or maintenance concerns.
  • Rearrange furniture to accommodate guest needs or lounge configurations.
  • Help prepare the lounge for the next service period, maintaining a polished, inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a busser in a fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred.
• Certifications: Food Handler Certification is required; CCB Agent Card is preferred.
• Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Reliable ability to commute to Las Vegas, NV 89109.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when cleaning and maintaining cannabis accessories.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shifts.
• Comfortable working in an environment with cannabis smoke and related odors.
• Must adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards.
