At Jagged Edge Management, we're seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Manager in Training with one of our automotive clients. This is an exciting opportunity to receive hands-on training and develop expertise in automotive key cutting, duplication, and programming, while also gaining valuable experience in customer-facing sales and how to manage a small team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and key fobs.
• Assist customers with car key services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Manage sales transactions and customer acquisition in alignment with company goals.
• Input key information into our client portal accurately.
• Keep organized and timely records of key production, sales, and inventory.

Car Key Express Training Includes:

• Sales Training: Learn the ins and outs of customer acquisition and sales processing.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience cutting and programming keys.
• Systems Training: Input data into client portals and keep track of transactions.
• Team Leadership Training: Develop skills to manage a small team, overseeing operations and helping guide team members to success. Learn how to provide mentorship, set goals, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (e.g., getting in/out of vehicles, testing keys, retrieving VIN numbers).
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills as you progress in your role.
