OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Rep to help our team implement promotional events and field sales operations. Sales and Marketing representatives’ responsibility will be to drive sales and generate leads for our top clients by increasing brand awareness and implementing sales and marketing techniques in a face-to-face retail setting. Our management team is looking to fill this position ASAP. Our management team will give selected individuals hands-on training and mentorship to accelerate their career growth. 

Our clients, as well as us as a company, are looking to expand the brand awareness and its customer base. We are optimizing our personnel and only promoting from within. This is why we give any individual, regardless of experience, the opportunity to be successful. 

Responsibilities:

1. Working directly with key accounts to drive sales by marketing face-to-face with our client's customers. 

2. Run successful promotional events and field operations. 

3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's lead requests as well as their products, services, and the trends of the industry as a whole. 

4. Keep accurate records of production. 

5. Participate in training sessions both formal and informal to accelerate team growth. 

6. Generate sales and build relationships for our clients by identifying new opportunities to effectively communicate and increase brand awareness. 

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience. 

2. Ability to work in a team environment with a competitive mindset.

3. Strong work ethic with a student mentality 

4. Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow. 

5. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

6. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
