Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored for retail channels.
- Drive sales growth by engaging directly with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail partners and clients to ensure mutual success.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of different strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Support the management team in logistical planning and execution of sales promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and retail-industry regulations.
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Guaranteed Training Pay, with weekly commission bonuses.
Requirements
- Proven track record in retail sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Current and valid license as required for this position.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
