Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Sales Focus: Assist customers with key replacement services and promote additional products and services to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service and establish long-lasting relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction rates.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and contribute to sales floor organisation to optimize product availability and customer shopping experience.
  • Training and Development: Participate in hands-on training to master car key cutting and programming, while learning to manage and grow the retail sales operations in-store.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership, either in retail, sports, or academic settings.
  • Strong desire to grow into a management role within retail sales.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
