Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Location: Norcross, GA, onsite role with 25% travel

Summary: Play a key role in supporting our customers, distributors, and internal teams by providing technical expertise, sales support, troubleshooting assistance, and product training. This role includes a blend of sales and technical support responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys customer interaction.
Your tasks:
You will provide technical sales support to internal and external stakeholders
You will manage and oversee the company’s support line, offering phone support to ensure seamless customer experience.
You will conduct distributor training to support and educate partners on WERMA’s products (light travel required, 25%)
You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs effectively.
You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions.
Your profile:
You are a well-organized individual who has outstanding communication skills
You love to work with your team in a supportive, helpful, and coachable way.
You have a background in a technical field such as engineering, electronics, or industrial automation.
You have customer service experience, preferably in a technical or sales-related role.
You are able to travel and lead distributor training (approximately 25%)
You are self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
