The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Groundskeeper to join our team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of both indoor and outdoor spaces within our apartment/commercial complexes. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently,  and a genuine passion for creating a fun yet safe environment for all of our residents.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in both indoor and outdoor areas of student rental properties.

• Responsible for picking up trash and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.

• Assist with light landscaping duties such as light trimming of bushes, and maintaining flower beds.

• Follow established guidelines to ensure properties are in excellent condition for tenants.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Occasionally work on weekends, especially during football game weekends or as needed.

Experience / Knowledge and Prior Working History:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or landscaping preferred.

• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle, as some commuting between properties is required.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
