Outdoor Options, a leader in portable buildings and carports, is searching for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Solutions Specialist. Located in the vibrant communities of Eatonton and Gray, GA, this role is pivotal for our continued expansion and the enhancement of our customer experiences. This is an in-office position, not a remote job, designed for someone eager to shape dreams into reality for our clients.

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at Outdoor Options, you will be the frontline of our sales and customer satisfaction efforts. Your role entails understanding customer needs deeply and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Manage and nurture potential customer relationships to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage actively with customers pre and post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain the company’s reputation for service excellence.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, changes in the marketplace, and competitor strategies to offer informed recommendations to customers.
  • Attend training sessions to continually improve your product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and act upon opportunities for local event participation, to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer communications, and issue resolution activities in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales—or a burning desire to achieve it.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A balance of independence and teamwork to hit sales goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with modern software tools and computers.
  • Availability Monday to Friday (8:30am-5pm) and Saturdays (10am-2pm).
  • High school diploma required; college degree in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or retail sales preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
  • A local resident or willing to relocate to Eatonton, GA or Gray, GA.
