Immediate full-time opening. Lauro Painting, an established, progressive and growing residential painting contractor in Blue Bell, PA and the surrounding areas is now accepting applications for a thorough, assertive, and outgoing individual to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Support:

  • Ensure clients have a consistent Lauro Painting experience from sale to completion including:

    • Answer incoming calls and route to the proper department.

    • Qualify and schedule appointments for our sales team.

    • Ensuring customers receive excellent follow-up and progress communication via company channels, phone, email, CRM, etc.

    • Communicate and collaborate with staff to assist with scheduling assistance, project support, information requests, etc.

    • Assist in setting up projects for production.

    • Provide post job follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.

Community Engagement and Networking

  • Create and manage the Lauro Painting community engagement initiative by identifying, planning, and staffing community events to promote Lauro Painting.

  • Regularly participate in B2B and B2C networking events.

Company Culture and HR Support:

  • Facilitate internal community and culture in order to create a unique, cohesive, and drama free company culture.

  • This will involve:

    • Planning and facilitating company meetings.

    • Planning formal and informal company events.

    • Participating in conflict resolution meetings with others on the management team.

  • Oversee our hiring process by posting ads, reviewing applicants, scheduling candidate interviews with the hiring manager, etc.

  • Onboard new painters by meeting with them, explaining our paperwork, processes, etc.

  • Onboard trade partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Administrative experience; supporting a high-level manager or business owner.

  • Experience working in day to day operational tasks.

  • Previous experience overseeing projects - timelines, resources needed, scheduling, etc.

  • We are a tech driven company…Cloud-based software, familiarity with and willingness to learn new technologies and applications.

  • Proven history at producing measurable results.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • DISC Assessment we will provide you with.

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week

  • 8-4:30 preferred

  • In our location

  • Occasional evening or weekend hours to staff events.

COMPENSATION:

  • $70,000 per year
