Kearse and Associates is excited to announce a career opening for a dedicated Sales Representative. As an integral part of our dynamic team, this Full-Time position centers around direct, face-to-face sales interactions with potential and existing clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is prepared to engage with customers directly, representing our brand and driving sales results on a daily basis.

Located at our main office, the role is designed for individuals who are committed to excellence in sales and customer service, and who are ready to step into a fast-moving position that demands a proactive and results-oriented approach. As this position is not remote, the successful candidate will need to commute, requiring reliable transportation. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions, understanding their needs and recommending products that meet their requirements.
  • Execute direct sales strategies to meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
  • Responsible for timely management of customer queries and providing solutions in a satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product details, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay updated with the latest sales tactics and company policies.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate client records and sales activity logs.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and analytic reviews to management highlighting sales outcomes and areas needing improvement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting the company’s image and reputation at all times.
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve broader company objectives, while also maintaining individual responsibility for specific territories or sales initiatives.
  • Responsible for going door-to-door selling and pushing boundaries to introduce our products to a new demographic.
  • Must have a good attitude when demonstrating our product to potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively securing sales and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, adhering to company policies and legal sales representative age requirements.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to various sales locations and client meetings.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by sales demands.
  • Keen to work in various weather conditions, showing resilience and adaptability in all settings.
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple sales processes and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion for the sales process and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, showing initiative and commitment in all tasks undertaken.
