We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Caregiver Scheduling Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:As the Caregiver Scheduling Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate care by coordinating caregiver schedules. You will manage scheduling logistics, maintain accurate records, and facilitate communication between caregivers, clients, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and optimize caregiver schedules to meet client needs while considering caregiver availability, preferences, and qualifications.

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain scheduling data in our management system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding scheduling inquiries, changes, and issues. Foster a positive and collaborative environment.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze scheduling reports to identify trends, staffing needs, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all scheduling practices adhere to relevant regulations and company standards, including monitoring caregiver hours and compliance with labor laws.

  • Support Team: Collaborate with management and other departments to address scheduling conflicts, assist with recruitment efforts, and participate in team meetings.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and emergency coverage needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.

  • Previous experience in scheduling, data coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or home health setting.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software or electronic health records (EHR) systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
