Role Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will manage the end-to-end coordination of marketing processes for a large volume of online, professional learning classes each month. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and reputation across various marketing channels, analyzing data for improved strategies, and ensuring quality control in all marketing communications. This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns, manage marketing assets, and maintain project management platforms.
*This is a remote position, but looking for someone near the Minneapolis/St. Paul area*
Key Responsibilities:
Own the marketing coordination process from start to finish for a large number of online, professional learning classes each month.
Work closely with content manager, disseminating content amongst various marketing channels, maintaining brand consistency and reputation.
Analyze marketing and ecommerce data to identify trends and improve strategies.
Work closely with outside marketing vendors to collaborate on and execute campaigns.
Ensure processes and best practices are met with email marketing.
Manage repository of all marketing assets
Liaison between internal and external teams for communication, content and files
Organize and maintain marketing lists and segmentation for effective targeting.
Quality control of all marketing and communications sent, ensuring brand consistency
Maintain project management platform and high level of communication between teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3+ years in marketing role
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to analyze and articulate data and recommendations to senior leadership
Willingness to wear multiple hats while maintaining a growth mindset
Expertise with marketing technology tools and driving digital marketing strategies forward
Project management platform experience, preferably Monday.com
Proficient with CRM, specifically Hubspot
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Digital asset management and organization
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Understanding of e-commerce and e-learning is preferred
