Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview: The Inside Sales Rep will play a dual role, responsible for driving B2B sales and providing exceptional customer support. This individual will develop and manage relationships with organizations to offer tailored training solutions, while also handling all customer service operations. The role will involve identifying partnership opportunities, tracking competitors, and upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. With in-depth product knowledge, the Inside Sales Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top tier support to customers from the initial inquiry through post-event follow- up.

Answer phone calls and online chat inquiries involving any customer issues.

Troubleshoot, track and resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.

Growth mindset with the ability to develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Communicate with senior managers regarding any customer or system issues and resolution measures taken.

Engage with potential customers, nurturing leads from initial contact through to sales conversions.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by promoting relevant webinars, certifications, or additional services.

Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business.

Serve as a backup for presenter manager and marketing coordinator

Track competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Meet KPIs and sales goals

Analyze Shopify data and Google Analytics to drive outcomes

Maintain all customer data and records in Hubspot

Other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related field

3+ years of experience in customer support management

B2B sales and business development

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Maintain high standards ensuring customer satisfaction at every touch point.

E-commerce experience, preferably Shopify

CRM experience, preferably Hubspot

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Proven communication skills

Experience in the training or professional development industry is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite
