Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support to customers from the initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Answer phone calls and online chat inquiries involving any customer issues.
- Troubleshoot, track, and resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience with a growth mindset.
- Communicate with senior managers regarding any customer or system issues and resolution measures taken.
- Serve as a backup for presenter manager and marketing coordinator.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the customer service team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards ensuring customer satisfaction at every touch point.
- E-commerce experience, preferably with Shopify.
- CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
