OCD Painting and Flooring is a fast growing residential and commercial painting company in Leesburg and the surrounding area. We care about each other, our customers and our community. We seek to make a difference by what we do and how we do it. We are highly collaborative and are delighting our customers and employees in fresh and new ways. We perform residential and  commercial re-painting work typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

We are looking for team members in the following positions:

Painting

Concrete Coatings and Overlay

Carpentry

Drywall Hanging, Finishing, and Texture

Positions Include:

Crew Leader: $23-$26 

• Someone who can paint and manage all projects and make team members better through daily training and mentoring while delighting our customers.

Lead Painter: $20-$23 

• Someone able to paint a project without supervision and manage most projects when a Crew Leader is absent.

A little about you:

• You are coachable and can take direction.

• You are a team player.

• You are responsible to be where you are scheduled on time.

• You have reliable transportation both to the job and between jobs if needed

  • Unfortunately, if you do not have a car, apply when you do.

• You can persevere through some chaos.

• You have the emotional intelligence to manage customers and team members.

• You have a pleasant and outgoing personality.

• You have a smart phone with data.

• You are authorized to work in the US. We are required to e-verify so we do.
