J.B. Solutions of Florida, Inc., a pioneering leader in the marketing industry, is excited to announce a new opening in our dynamic team for the role of Appointment Setter. This vital position is a full-time opportunity located in our central offices and is not eligible for remote work. We are searching for a dedicated and skillful professional to help us expand our reach and enhance the efficiency of our sales processes.

As an integral part of our sales team, the Appointment Setter will act as the first point of contact in establishing promising connections with potential clients. The role demands a proactive and energetic individual who can handle the challenges of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients via telephone to introduce them to our services and solutions, aiming to secure appointments.
  • Set a designated quantity of high-quality appointments to ensure meet the targets of the sales team.
  • Canvass neighborhoods and make in-person visits to potential clients' premises where required for gathering leads for the sales reps to conduct detailed appointments.
  • Maintain a systematic record of calls made and appointments set, ensuring all communications are logged accurately and followed up on time.
  • Identify client needs and interests to tailor pitch strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand targets and align strategies effectively.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance appointment setting techniques and overall performance.
  • Handle rejections gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude and moving on to the next potential client energetically.
  • Assist in refining scripts or communications to improve engagement rates and appointment success.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm scheduled meetings and gather any preliminary information required by sales reps.

Requirements

  • Must be enthusiastic and fun to maintain a positive brand image and work environment.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive and clear client communication.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs as the role may involve shifting of promotional materials during in-person visits.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple appointments and schedules efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic sales targets and goals.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Legal right to work in the location of the job—Florida, USA.
