Duties and Responsibilities

Perform professional residential carpet cleaning, including pre-inspection of carpets and identification of carpet composition and best cleaning practices.
Use company-provided equipment and cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients during the cleaning process.
Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely service while maintaining quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and offering recommendations for regular carpet maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needs for repair.
Drive to various locations as scheduled, ensuring prompt arrival and professional interaction with clients.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and adapt to new cleaning technologies and practices.
Prepare detailed reports after each cleaning service, documenting procedures performed and any issues encountered.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and help improve team performance.

Requirements

No prior experience in carpet cleaning required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime when needed.
Willingness to participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job performance and knowledge of cleaning techniques.
Comprehension of basic cleaning chemicals and their safety applications.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous positions.
